111 South Main Office Tower

This 26-story office tower provides 462,350 square feet of office space in downtown Salt Lake City. The Utah Performing Arts Center (UPAC) is located immediately south and partially underneath the office tower’s upper levels, which cantilever over the theater. Dunn Associates, Inc. provided engineering services for SOM in San Francisco, focusing on the design of the foundation, pile connections, transformer vault, crane foundation and alleyway.
