The state-of-the-art distribution warehouse for Cabela’s, the largest direct marketer of outdoor merchandise, is housed in approximately 600,000 square feet with a clear height of 30 feet. This expansive building is a concrete tilt-up structure with web-steel roof joist and metal deck. The facility is responsible for delivering products to customers and retail stores throughout the western U.S. The space has several mezzanines occupied by several large automated equipment platforms (MHE) from which product stored on narrow-aisle racking is accessed and is fully automated. The warehouse also includes a maintenance shop, shipping and receiving areas, and a large administration office.
